A single Small Group personal training session is perfect for that extra motivational push! After all, there’s nothing better than training with a group of like minded people with similar goals.
This session is best suited to those who want a taste of what these sessions are all about. Your personal trainer will discuss your current goals, the best way to achieve them together, and help you set new goals too.
The workout will be tailored to your current goal, with a body metric reading taken and recorded on your app.
Small Group Personal Training is ideal for anyone who likes training in a group environment with 2 to 4 attendees. This is an ideal way to split the cost of Personal Training between the group and getting Personal Training without the price point. Small group PT is also great for anyone who has tried our one of our Transformation camps and is looking for the next step.
