1 couples personal training session is best suited to those who are comfortable with their training, yet could do with a check in with one of our Personal Trainers to ensure they are on the right track to not only achieving their shared goals, but also setting new ones. Your Personal Trainer will discuss your current goals and the most efficient way of achieving them together. The workout will be tailored to your current goal. A body metric reading will also be taken and recorded on your app.
Please note your credits will expire one month from time of allocation. Only one person of the two will be responsible for the payment and booking of this session.
