Couples personal training sessions are perfect for that extra motivational push! After all, there’s nothing better than training with your partner or best mate.
Your first of ten couple personal training sessions will start with a brief discussion around your goals and current eating and workout habits. From there, the PT can prescribe the best path forward for you to both achieve your goals.
Each workout will help towards your final goal and will be specifically designed to both your needs. On top of this, nutritional advice for the month tailored towards your goals will accelerate your progress. Each session you will have your body metrics measured and tracked on your app, to ensure continual progress is being made.
Please note your credits will expire one month from time of allocation. Only one person of the two will be responsible for the payment and booking of these ten sessions.
