The 8 week programme is a carefully crafted 8 week intense training and nutrition programme designed to get results. Brace yourself for 3 Group Personal Training sessions per week. All sessions will consist of fun, inclusive, interval training using state of the art equipment that has been chosen for ease of use but to maximise results. Receive additional online training programmes, nutritional support and access to the advanced Xercise4Less PRO app where you can connect directly with our Personal Trainers 24/7.

Monday 20:15 - 21:15 (Group PT Session) Wednesday 20:15 - 21:15 (Group PT Session) Friday 19:15 - 20:45 (Group PT Session and an extra 1/2 Hour to include weigh in and nutritional support via PRO Access to our APP)
