Over the last 2 years, we helped over 20,000 members lose more than 3,000 stone through our Transformation Camps. 

This year we want to build on that and transform even more lives. 

We invite you to join us on our next camp starting on Monday 20th April at 8pm. This is a stage 1 camp and is best suited to those who are just starting their fitness journey, finding their fitness levels or anyone who isn't familiar with our current Transformation Camp program. For amazing results, we recommend that you follow stage 1 with stage 2. 

You will get: 

  • 24 different and progressive sessions. Based over 8 weeks with 3 sessions a week
  • Fitness tests 
  • Before and After photos 
  • Weigh ins
  • Your own private Transformation Group 
  • Free access to our pro and nutrition app 

This programme is a carefully crafted 8 week training cycle designed to get results. It is accompanied by pro access to our fitness partner app, allowing you to use the nutrition app which creates your own specific calorie and macro-nutrient breakdown, giving you the perfect dietary tools to transform. Brace yourself for 3 Training sessions per week. Support will also be available via your own private transformation hub in the app and via our Transformation Team Facebook group. Expect fitness tips, facts and motivation to see you through to the end of your transformation.
