3 Personal Training sessions a week is best suited to those who have a major event in their life coming that they want to get fit for. This could be a wedding, a holiday, a fitness competition prep or a simple goal of obtaining better overall health. Your PT will discuss with you your goal and carefully design you a tailored workout programme. You will tick off small goals week by week and work towards smashing that overall target so you look great for when the time arrives. Body metrics will be taken each week to ensure progress is being made and can be tracked via the app. By having the session credits added to your account on a weekly recurring basis, this is the easiest and most convenient way to book your Personal Training.
