3 sessions per week couples personal training session is perfect for that extra motivational push! After all, there’s nothing better than training with your partner or best mate.
These sessions are best suited to those who are comfortable with their training, but could do with a check in with one of our personal trainers to ensure they are on the right track to achieving their shared goals. Your personal trainer will discuss your current goals, the best way to achieve them together, and help you set new goals too.
The workout will be tailored to your current goal, with a body metric reading taken and recorded on your app.
Please note your credits will expire one week from time of allocation. Only one person of the two will be responsible for the payment and booking of this session.
