2 Sessions Per Week
Your 2 group sessions will both begin with a quick overview of what the session ahead is going to contain from one of our expert trainers. Once the workout stats you will be pushing, pulling, ducking, dodging & jumping your way to a fitter, slimmer, healthier, you in a high intensity interval training style workout, in a small group of likeminded people who are all trying to achieve the small goal. You will be using cutting edge, easy to use equipment with expert guidance to maximize your potential. With 2 session per week you will be pushed to your limits each session to make sure that you get the most form you training. Buy credits and use your apps' scheduler to book your 2 sessions each week. It's that simple!
Please note your credits will expire one week from time of allocation.
Note: You are agreeing to your payments being debited every week until you cancel your subscription. You must be a member of Xercise4Less to attend Personal Training sessions.
