2 Personal Training sessions per week are best suited for those who have seen improvement in the gym, yet need that expertise from our Personal Trainers to achieve goals faster than they would alone. Your Personal Trainer will discuss your current goals and the most efficient way of achieving them. You'll receive a carefully tailored programme and exercise advice bespoke to your goals. Weekly body metric readings will also be taken and recorded on your app. By having the session credits added to your account on a weekly recurring basis, this is the easiest and most convenient way to book your Personal Training.
Please note your credits will expire one week from time of allocation.
