2 Sessions Per Week
Your 2 PT sessions per week will both begin with a brief discussion of where you feel you are in achieving your goals and your PT will work with you to set fresh goals. Before the sweat begins you'll take a recording of your body metrics, you'll be able to see your progress after each session within your app. The main activity for both sessions will be an energetic, invigorating workout which will push you to your limits. With 2 sessions per week it's likely that 1 session will focus on your upper body, the other will focus on your lower body. Each workout will be part of a carefully crafted program, tailored to your needs and designed to optimize your results.
Please note your credits will expire one week from time of allocation.
Note: You are agreeing to your payments being debited every week until you cancel your subscription. You must be a member of Xercise4Less to attend Personal Training sessions.
