Couples personal training sessions are perfect for that extra motivational push! After all, there’s nothing better than training with your partner or best mate.
Your first of 18 couple personal training sessions will start with a brief discussion around both your goals and current eating and workout habits.
Each week, your PT will make sure you both feel you are on track for your goals. Each workout will be fun, challenging, varied and rewarding, as well as being tailored towards your specific goals. Nutrition advice will be given to further compliment your training. Each session you will have your body metrics measured and tracked on your app, to ensure continual progress is being made.
Please note your credits will expire one month from time of allocation. Only one person of the two will be responsible for the payment and booking of these 18 sessions.
