Your first of 18 Personal Training sessions will start with a brief discussion around your goals and current eating and workout habits. Each week, your Personal Trainer will make sure you feel you are on track for your goal. Each workout will be fun, challenging, varied and rewarding, as well as being tailored towards your specific goals. Nutrition advice will be given to further compliment your training. Each week you will have your body metrics measured and tracked on your app, to ensure continual progress is being made. With 18 sessions in total, you'll typically train 4-5 times per week with a Personal Trainer and can expect to make some serious results.
