Book 10 sessions instead of 4 to save yourself £60. Your first of 10 Personal Training sessions will start with a brief discussion around your goals and current eating and workout habits. From there, the Personal Trainer can prescribe the best path forward for you to achieve your goals. Each workout will help towards your final goal and will be specifically designed to your needs. Each week you will have your body metrics measured and tracked on your app, to ensure continual progress is being made. With 10 sessions you would typically train 2-3 times per week with your Personal Trainer.
Please note your credits will expire one month from time of allocation.
