Your single session will begin with a discussion of what your goals are, both long and short term. Once the mind is focused, it's time to prepare the body. Your trainer will help you to record your body metrics, you'll log these into your app and be all set for the session. To get the most out of your efforts in the gym, your trainer will most likely discuss your existing habits and exercising preferences with you. Expect a rewarding workout. Bring plenty of water with you. You'll thank yourself after the session for making your first step.
