We invite you to kick-start your 2019 fitness journey with one of our first camps starting on Tuesday 15th January at 10am!

This programme is a carefully crafted 8 week intense training cycle designed to get results. It is accompanied by pro access to our fitness partner app, allowing you to use the nutrition app which creates your own specific calorie and macro-nutrient breakdown, giving you the perfect dietary tools to transform. Brace yourself for 2 Group Personal Training sessions per week. All sessions will consist of fun, inclusive, interval training delivered by our 4FiiT coaches. Daily support will also be available via your own private transformation hub in the app. Expect daily fitness tips, facts and motivation to see you through to the end.

You must be a member of Xercise4Less to attend this camp. 

Your credits will expire on completion of the eight-week camp.

Each of our Transformation Camps consist of 8 weeks of intensive group training sessions. There will be 2 group personal training sessions a week, with weekly weigh-ins, a recipe plan and access to your own private transformation hub in our app.
