When we last spoke to our 4FiiT Ambassador Jordan, she was juggling college with both martial arts and her personal training programmes. Now, a few months down the line, she’s continuing to keep up with her fitness regime despite her busy schedule, which is great.
We spoke to Jordan in February to see how she was getting on with her new year’s resolutions, and to see how far she had come in her fitness journey. We recently caught up with her again to check in with her goals, achievements and her current fitness regime.
Here’s what she had to say…
How have you felt over the first few months of 2018 with your regime?
So far in 2018 I’ve been loving my new gym routine as I have bought myself a new health & fitness guide which I have been following. It has been tough but I’m loving the change-up from me creating my own workout routines!
Using a health and fitness guide is a great way for Jordan to keep up with her fitness regime and push towards her fitness goals, and we’re sure her hard work will pay off!
What workouts have you been doing?
Alongside doing the workouts from the new fitness guide I bought, I have also been doing strength and conditioning in my college class which I’m absolutely loving so I’m thinking of pursuing it further.
How has your nutrition and diet been?
For the most part, my diet and nutrition has been good but like I said after a long weekend away I am feeling a bit worse for wear because I wasn’t prepping my meals and l had my fair share of alcohol too.
What are your fitness plans for the next few months?
For the next few months I am going to try and cut weight and continue sticking to my new health and fitness guide to see what results I get from that.
What are your plans outside of fitness for the next few months - any birthdays, events or special occasions?
I have my birthday coming up on the 23rd where I’ll be turning 19 so I’m looking forward to it! Other than that, I don’t have anything else but I may try and go see a few more bands, and I’m also hoping to go to Leeds Festival in August before my new college year starts!
