We’ve been looking for new 4FiiT Ambassadors to help us inspire and motivate gym members by sharing their success stories and we’re very excited to introduce our very first group of ambassadors. Meet Jordan!
Tell us a bit about yourself
I’m Jordan and I’m 18. I attend Xercise4Less in Hamilton and have been a member there since the gym opened in July 2016. I go to the gym three times a week and fit my sessions around college and work.
How has the 4FiiT programme helped you?
I’ve taken part in a few of the personal training sessions in the past - and I’m currently taking part in the 8 week Transformation Camp. Our personal trainers are amazing - they push you to go harder and keep you motivated, and helpfully adapt exercises if you’re struggling or have an injury. The sessions are also helping me with my martial arts training.
What is it you enjoy about the 4FiiT programmes?
I really like the advice and support we receive from expert trainers - they’re all extremely knowledgeable which is great. The classes are really fun and challenging and everyone there is great - we all motivate each other and it’s a great atmosphere which makes it all the more enjoyable. Our personal trainers are amazing - not only do they give us great advice on different exercises, but they also like to have a laugh with us every now and then!
What are your main goals?
At the moment, my main goal is to work as hard as possible to stay fit and healthy, and also to gain muscle. I regularly train in martial arts - which the gym massively helps with, and I hope it will continue to do so!
How can we keep up to date with your fitness journey?
I am quite active on both Instagram and Snapchat, where I regularly post photos from the gym, meals that I eat during the day and also transformation photos. I’ll continue to do this to give regular updates on my journey as a 4FiiT ambassador. Feel free to follow me on @_jordanmacintyrex!
