A few weeks ago, we began the search for our first ever Xercise4Less 4FiiT Ambassadors to shout about the successes of our gym members. We’ve picked out our first group of ambassadors, and we’re excited to introduce you to them. Meet Jo!
Tell us a bit about yourselfI’m Jo and I’m 30 (31 in a few weeks!) and I’ve been going to Xercise4Less Doncaster for about a year - although I didn’t commit to it until very recently! I have a full time job and a three year old so time is very precious.
How has the 4FiiT programme helped you?
Before I started going to the gym, I didn’t have a regular fitness regime or diet, but I’m doing much better now. I am currently taking part in the Transformation Camp - and it’s been absolutely brilliant. It was difficult at first - I couldn’t even do one burpee, but now I’m smashing them out! The personal training we receive is really good - and I’m looking forward to coming back for the January Transformation Camp.
What is it you enjoy about the 4FiiT programmes?
I really like the regime and the structure of the Transformation Camps and that was the main reason I joined initially. This is my first boot camp style training and my trainers Matt and Glynn are fantastic and have made the journey a lot of fun for me. I also like the fact that I’ve been given a personal trainer who will help keep me motivated before the next Transformation Camp.
What are your main goals?
Right now I’m desperately trying to lose body fat - after having a baby it’s very hard to lose weight. I’m also getting married in July, so my goal is lose weight and get as fit and healthy as possible before the big day!

I am always on Instagram and regularly post pictures of healthy meals etc but I’ll also be using my account to document my fitness journey and post regular updates - so follow me on @jo_does_the_food!
